TKO completed another high quality yet affordable office fitout, this time in central West Perth. This fitout features beautiful use of natural light, modern clean lines and a huge open plan space separated into functional areas.
The health and wellbeing of staff was a major consideration and
is promoted via extensive use of greenery and ergonomic electric sit/stand desks throughout the facility.
The office fitout includes:
- Executive boardroom with conference facilities;
- Two meeting rooms;
- Large kitchen and break out areas;
- Four office spaces;
- Two quiet rooms for phone calls and/or one-on-one meetings to minimise noise;
- An open plan area for 44 staff; and
- A utilities/storage area.
