The Youth Affairs Council of Western Australia (YACWA) is the peak non-government youth organisation in Western Australia. YACWA operates primarily as a human rights organisation that seeks to address the exclusion of young people in a rapidly changing society.

TKO Fitouts previously conducted an office fitout for YACWA in 2015.  The latest fitout updated and expanded upon the previous works. The office fitout is functional, minimalist and has excellent use of natural light.

Features of this office fitout include:

• Entry with Small Waiting Space: Featuring backlit signage in the corporate colour and a fluted timber wall in sage to complement the signage.
• Meeting Rooms and Quiet Room: Two small meeting rooms adjacent to the lounge and a small quiet room with a feature acoustic wall in matching sage, adding extra functionality to the space.
• Boardroom: A large 12-seat boardroom with the option for extension through an operable wall.
• Glass Partitions: The boardroom and small meeting rooms feature glass partitions with original graphics. These not only create privacy but also reflect the character of the company, which supports young people.
• Open Workstations: An open workstation layout that is complemented by a stunning view.
