Regis Resources Ltd is a publicly listed Perth based gold production and exploration company … that has a successful track record of developing mid-sized gold operations within Australia and Africa. Regis Resources engaged TKO Office Fitouts to conduct the design and fitout of their new offices in Hay Street, Subiaco.

The design philosophy for the fitout included the use of black and white, a balance between aesthetic and function; and the use of line and textures. Features of this office fitout include:

• Generous, open reception and waiting area with wave dunes acoustic panels reducing noise levels and contributing to the ambience of the space.
• Liberal use of curves to break up the linear spaces.
• Large staff breakout area and kitchen encouraging staff and team collaboration.
• Timber screening to divide the multi-purpose area and kitchen/break out area.
• Major offices and rooms acoustically treated and soundproofed.
• Green interior which has been shown to increase staff creativity and productivity.

The new facility also has modern white walls complemented by black frames on clear glazing to facilitate maximum use of natural light.
