TKO conducted the design and construction of their new Subiaco office, resulting in a polished and professional office space.

The client envisioned a refined workplace with modern appeal, which was achieved through furniture and material selections. It was also essential to uphold the calibre of neighbouring fitouts within the brand new building.

The new office consists of:

• Reception/waiting area with custom laminate wall panelling.
• Open office area with 14 workstations, a stylish kitchen and a lounge zone.
• Three meeting rooms with feature lighting.
• Executive boardroom with a bespoke table and credenza.

 Other features of the space include black aluminium framing, indoor plants and a considered combination of vinyl flooring and carpet.
