The office fitout includes:

• Reception Area with timber reception desk, a curved bulkhead and a timber feature wall to the rear;
• Exposed industrial ceilings giving a spacious feel to the workspace;
• Boardroom and two meeting rooms with black framed glass partitioning which complements the other industrial features of this fitout;
• Feature wall separating the meeting rooms from the open plan area providing a degree of privacy;
• Open Plan Area - currently accommodating 20 workstations; additional workstations may be included in this area;
• Break out area with a combination of soft seating and bar stools for improved staff interaction;
• Textured wall cladding adjacent to the break out area – this cladding is a recently released product; and
• Hard wearing floor coverings throughout.

The premises has a great aspect looking over South Perth towards the city providing a calming aesthetic.
