Dental Circle is a family orientated dental clinic specialising in prosthetics, implants and general dentistry. The new facility is located in the Bassendean Shopping Centre.

This project was a “Design and Construct” dental fitout with TKO conducting the concept plan and detailed design, project management and site supervision of subcontractors such as electricians, plumbers and painters.

The new facility includes:

• A modern and elegant reception area with:
  • Custom reception desk with credenza;
  • Feature pendant lighting; and
  • Hard wearing light and dark grey industrial grade carpet.
• Two dental consulting rooms with:
  • Custom cabinetry;
  • Acoustic mineral fibre ceiling tiles to minimise noise; and
  • Vinyl flooring coved to the cabinetry for easy cleaning and maintaining a sterile environment.
• A sterilisation room.
• An office with built in cabinetry and a green ecopanel acoustic pinboard.
• A kitchenette/staff area with carpet and vinyl flooring.
• A laboratory room.
• Custom signage in the reception area and the exterior of the premises.

The fitout was completed on time and on budget due primarily to TKO’s in-house design, project management and site staff.
