TKO recently completed an office fitout for Panoramic Financial Solutions at their new premises in Hay Street, Subiaco. Panoramic Financial Solutions are financial advisors focused on helping their clients achieve the lifestyle they dream about.
The new facility includes
A Large reception area with a modular white and wood panel reception counter and a generous waiting area with a halo light.
- An open plan area with eight workstations with red and blue privacy screens.
- An eight seat boardroom with full height glass partition
walls featuring a panorama of Rottnest.
- Two meeting rooms (named after bays on Rottnest).
- Three executive offices.
- A modern kitchen with colourful bench seating in addition to loose furniture.
The office was designed and constructed with primarily neutral colours offset by splashes of the corporate red and blue in the screen systems and kitchen/break area. The open plan area floor coverings are commercial grade grey carpet squares with red and blue stripes complementing the screen system.
