Interior Design & Space Planning
Our interior designers consult with you and your stakeholders to ensure optimisation of the available space. Ergonomics, functionality, patient privacy, specialist services and reception areas are considered in the design of the initial concept.
After the concept design, AutoCAD drawings will be produced for your approval. Subsequently the drawings will be submitted to a building surveyor for design compliance and application for a building licence. Detailed specifications will include colours, fabrics, window treatments, floor coverings, custom cabinetry, furniture and specialist equipment. TKO can also provide a 3D render of the practice for your approval of colour palate and functionality if required.
Construction & Fitout
TKO’s experienced project managers can begin preliminary fabrication of joinery and co-ordination of local trades concurrent with the council application process to ensure your fitout is completed in a timely manner. Our in-house site managers coordinate the installation works and on-site management of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters and other trades to make sure your practice is completed with first-rate workmanship and a quality finish.
