Fitout
The fitout involved Interior Design works and the complete furniture fitout for over 2000 m² of office space.
The TKO senior interior designer refined the existing building plans to create beautiful workspaces for the management team and the administration staff. There was extensive design required for the numerous executive offices which incorporate blackbutt veneer workstations and storage units.
The office has a number of breakout areas which were designed to facilitate interaction between all members of staff.
The fitout used different colour themes on each floor. The upper level used the corporate Maca (red) colour extensively in the screens and loose furniture. The lower level had a summer theme based on a muted yellow.
The brief was to utilize primarily white fixtures on both levels.
The furniture included desks, workstations, filing cabinets, chairs, breakout furniture, screen systems and tables.
