Daikin Australia are a world leader in Air Conditioning Technology. TKO was appointed to design and construct Daikin’s new WA head office in Osborne Park. The offices and display/reception area of the new premises cover almost 2000 m2 over two floors.
The new facility includes:
- A spacious and modern reception area with:
Large custom reception desk featuring the Daikin corporate colours;- Feature pendant lighting; and
- A large display/public area
- Two open plan areas featuring:
- Large workstations for management and administration;
Seven smaller hot desks for sales staff; and- Numerous tambours with plants.
- Three meeting/conference rooms.
- Two “quiet” rooms.
- A kitchenette/staff break out area.
- Training room.
- Hard wearing commercial grade carpet with the corporate colours.
- New ceilings throughout (with modern and extensive air conditioning installed by Daikin).
