TKO Fitouts have designed and built a modern, biophilic workplace for Arise Developments in Subiaco. The office fitout is designed for tranquility and focus, and features a lush, green environment. This office is a stunning example of how natural elements can transform a workplace.

The office fitout includes:

Lower Level:

• Waiting area / lounge;
• Boardroom – spacious room currently with seating for 8 with capacity for expansion;
• Kitchenette with matt handles and finish; and
• Bathroom with shower.

Upper Level:

• Open plan area making optimal use of natural light, and with an abundance of live plants;
• Meeting table area;
• Six workstations;
• Privacy booth; and
• Kitchenette.
