TKO previously conducted a display office fitout for Stirling Capital and LJ Hooker Commercial in South Perth. This tenancy has been divided and further developed to accommodate Abaxa.
Features of the updated office fitout include:
- Industrial look with open exposed ceiling in open plan area giving a spacious feel to the workspace;
- Charcoal sheers along glazing area which softens the incoming natural light which also added symmetry and balance to the space;
Fluted frosted films to office glazing – effective at transmitting light whilst providing a degree of privacy from the outside;- Collaboration space featuring timber screening with high bench & high stools;
- Feature Laminex surround wall cladding to Waiting Area; and
- Kitchen/Break out area.
